ZELF

Give a client access to only their own page

Let a client update their own link-in-bio page without seeing your other clients. Invite them by email and limit their access to one Zelf.

By Ruan van Heerden, Founder

Short answer

Invite the client to your ZELF team by email, then set their access to "Only selected Zelfs" with only their page ticked and no tools selected. They can edit their own page for free, cannot see your other clients and cannot spend your credits. Only the team owner can buy credits.

Some clients want to change their own specials, opening hours or links. Sharing your login is not an option, and a separate account per client is admin you do not need.

In ZELF you invite the client to your team as a member and choose exactly which Zelfs they can open. They edit their page; your other clients stay out of sight, and only you can buy credits.

How to give a client access to only their page

  1. 1 Open Team and invite the client by email. The invitation expires after 7 days.
  2. 2 Once they accept, open Edit access next to their name and choose "Only selected Zelfs", then tick their Zelf.
  3. 3 Leave tools on "Only selected tools" with nothing ticked, so they cannot run paid jobs. Tick QR codes only if they should see the stats for their own codes.
  4. 4 When the work ends, remove them from the team. Their Zelf stays with you.

Frequently asked questions

Can the client see my other clients?

No. A member limited to selected Zelfs only sees those Zelfs, plus the jobs, QR codes and wallet lines linked to them. Work for your other clients stays out of sight.

Can the client spend my credits?

Only through tools you give them. With no tools selected they can edit their page, which is free, but cannot run paid jobs. Only the team owner can buy credits.

Should I make a separate team per client instead?

Only if the client pays for their own credits. A new team gets its own wallet, and every Zelf in it costs 10 credits. For most solo agencies, one team with limited members is simpler.
